This litter produced 1 male and 1 female. I think we got her a little late!  But first litter, this breaks her in lightly to being a momma... and she's turned out to be a wonderful mom!   The male puppy has been reserved for Nicole, Congratulations!    The female is perfect and we are asking $1600 for her as she will be a large, cobby female perfect for show or pet.  Ready for their new homes late September.

This breeding should produce some prized bullmastiffs!  Screech is a very ripped back female, very boney with an exceptional head piece.  Bred to Ace with his size and massive bone, we expect some very exceptional puppies!   Screech is officially in season so this wonderful, highly anticipated breeding should be taking place in approximately 7-10 days.  Rusults of breeding will be posted to this site roughly 30 days from then.



We accept 4 male & 3 female deposits per planned breeding. Deposits are refundable in the event a puppy of your chosen gender is not born for you. Deposits are $250 until the age of two weeks, then deposits are required to be increased to $500. We prefer to charge a smaller deposit until we are confident we will be able to supply you with the required puppy of your choice.  Puppies come with a one year health guarantee against congenital defects, up to date vaccinations and dewormed.  We offer micro-chips for an additional $20.  All our pups come with AKC full registration unless otherwise stated.  Your baby will come with their AKC papers, a 3 generation pedigree, breed standard, shot record, our guarantee/purchase agreement and a starter bag of puppy food attached to the top of the crate.  Due to shipping regulations, we cannot place toys in the crate with the puppy.  We ship them in cedar chips to help absorb any accidents they may have during flight, which also helps to alleviate odors for your drive home.  I do recommend that you bring a little plastic grocery bag to dispose of the dirty wood chips and a towel to put your baby on, on the way home.  You can pick up a product in the pet section at Wal-Mart called "bathless dog spray" which is fantastic to spray on your baby!  It's $5.00 and well worth it if you have a long drive with a new puppy.  Jenn will assure your shipping goes off without a hitch and will either call you or email you with your airway bill number as soon as your puppy boards the plane so that you can track your pup and make sure it is scheduled to arrive on time.  I also recommend that you call the airport before you leave to confirm where exactly you are to pick up your puppy.  Most airlines require prepayment for the flight, so the average flight cost of $200, plus the $50 crate and the $50 health certificate will be added to the price of your pup, for a total of $300, labeled simply "shipping charges", should you need to ship your pup.  We are only 30 minutes from the airport so we try to accommodate everyone as much as possible. Sometimes the airlines don't make that possible though so we will work with you any way we can to get your baby there to the closest airport for you.  Payment for your puppy must be made by 7 weeks if it is being shipped so that we have time to get all the babies to the vet for their health certificates, purchase the crates and make all the individual flight arrangements necessary.  If you are picking up your baby you may pay at 8 weeks and at that time we will only accept cash.  If you plan to pick your baby up and would like to use paypal you may do so but payment must then be made at 7 weeks.  When you receive your baby PLEASE either call us or email us to let us know you have your baby safe and sound and let us know how much you love 'em.  We try very hard to produce exceptional puppies that knock your socks off so we like to know we have met our goal & your expectations.... We are very proud parents if you will!  Please also sign a copy of your purchase contract and mail one back to us.  Two are sent, one signed by us for your records, the second is needed with your signature to validate the contract.  It's okay if it takes a week or so since we know you'll be busy with your new baby.  Just please don't forget to send it as this constitutes our agreement.  Also, remember we are here for you should you have any questions or concerns at all in the future.   Before I forget, please send photos of your baby.  We'd like to add a page soon for our proud owners so we are compiling photos and would love to add yours to the page.

For your convenience we have added paypal to our website.  The convenience fee of 3.5% will be added when using paypal.  We do also accept bank to bank wire transfers or postal money orders which do not incur a convenience fee.  Due to internet scammers we do not accept Western Union or bank checks.
